Assurant will obtain your authorization before collecting and processing your personal information. We ask you to review our Privacy, Employment and Accommodation Statement and visit our Assurant Privacy Policy. If you decide you are not ready to submit your application, please sign out.
If your role with Assurant involves the business of insurance, please be advised that as an insurer, Assurant is prohibited from employing individuals with felony convictions involving dishonesty or breach of trust.
You must submit complete and accurate information for Assurant's job application process. Providing false or misleading information or omitting relevant information during any of the steps of the application process may lead to the rejection of your application for employment, the withdrawal of an offer of employment, or the termination of your employment if you are already employed at the time the false or misleading information or omission is discovered.

To Be Considered an Applicant
-You must apply for a specific position, at which time the entire electronic application process must be completed, including completing all required fields of the electronic application.
-Furthermore, to be considered an applicant you must meet the minimum threshold requirements of the job applied for and not be disqualified as an applicant based on initial screening questions.
-Upon completion of the electronic application and successfully answering all screening questions, your application will be accepted into our database.
-If you do not complete the entire electronic application or if you do not meet the minimum threshold requirements of the job applied or if you are disqualified based on an answer to an initial screening question, you shall not be considered an applicant and will not be contacted for potential employment with Assurant.

Assurant Employment-At-Will Policy
As a potential applicant for employment with an Assurant company, it is important that you understand Assurant's Employment-At-Will Policy. While Assurant strives for an employment arrangement with its employees that is mutually satisfactory for the Company and its employees, continued employment cannot be guaranteed. The employment relationship between Assurant and its employees is known as "employment-at-will”, except in Montana. This means that employees are free to end their employment at any time, for any reason and with or without prior notice. Likewise, Assurant may end the employment of any of its employees at any time, for any reason and with or without prior notice, provided the termination is not disallowed by local, state or federal law. The Company reserves the right to change any employee's wages, benefits and/or other terms or conditions of employment without any prior consultation or agreement with the employee.
